Technological tanks and process apparatuses
Tanks are an indispensable element in plants with various processes. They are used in every industry. The material of construction and the method of production of the tank are selected depending on the target application and operating conditions of the device. We are able to make both cylindrical and cuboidal tanks. We have the knowledge and experience to select the appropriate technical parameters of devices applicable, among others. in the chemical, food and paper industries, in sewage treatment plants and water treatment plants. Together with the client, we consider a solution that will be a compromise between meeting his needs and the price of the device. Below we present an example of tanks made of PE material, which are used in a food industry plant. Limited place or way of transport often make it difficult to install the finished device at its destination.
The solution is to develop a project and then assemble the device directly from plates made of thermoplastic materials in a place designated by the customer. As a result, we can completely cover a given space and adjust the tank to the appropriate needs. Such solutions include the installation of tanks in existing buildings adapted to the new production profile or destination. Examples of such solutions are water buffer tanks in basements of buildings.
Based on the customer’s data and expectations, we also supply tank-type devices such as mixers, clarifiers, and separators. We present photos of the assembly of our mixer tanks installed at the customer’s plant
Chemical installations
We provide comprehensive sets of unloading, storage and dosing of chemical media for technological processes, including pumps, pipelines, valves, control and measurement equipment and control systems. We work with suppliers who produce top-class products that meet the specific requirements of the chemical industry.
Below we present photos of one of our installations for dosing and storage of chemical media: HCl and NaOH. The installation uses both single-walled and double-walled pipelines as well as insulated pipelines additionally equipped with electric heat tracing..
Anti-drip tray
Filling wagon tanks involves the risk of leakage and contamination of the soil. We offer the possibility of protection against the undesirable effects
of such a situation by using anti-spill trays made of plastic, which stop and drain any leaks.
Wells
Plastic wells are attracting more and more attention due to their advantages. One can distinguish here, above all, a much lower weight compared to traditional concrete chambers, which makes their transport and assembly easier and faster, does not require the use of heavy equipment, which translates into lower installation costs. The use of thermoplastic materials for production makes the wells resistant to weather and soil conditions. They are durable, resistant to mechanical stress and do not corrode.

Industrial ventilation
In aggressive environments where the elements may corrode, we recommend the use of ventilation made entirely of plastic. If you want to replace the current installation, we offer disassembly and implementation of new elements.

– in production installations where there are aggressive vapors
